Welcome to this very well maintained apartment on the Villamartin Plaza. The apartment has the ideal location as south facing outside of the plaza so you can enjoy the sun all day as well have little noise from the plaza if you wish peace and quiet.
The apartment has been decorated to a high standard with its lovely large corner sofa and spacious living room layout. The living room has the joys of the south facing balcony where you can have a cup of coffee in the morning or a romantic meal in the evening. The living room has a full UK TV system as well FREE wifi and air conditioning. There is also plenty of space for friends over to dine. The apartment has a large American style fully fitted kitchen for all your catering needs. The bedroom has twin beds which can also be put together as a king size bed should you wish. There is an ensuite full family style bathroom as well. The community has a lare communal pool with plenty of space to sunbathe. As you can see you can holiday in the perfect location ins style by choosing this lovely apartment in the Villamartin Plaza.
The apartment is located within the Villamartin Plaza with a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5 star dining in many of the well known restaurants, we even have one owned by a TOWIE cast member. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. Also during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch with stars such as Leo Sayer, Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, The Foundations, Los Pacaminos ft Paul Young, Tony Christie, Andy Abraham, Paul Da Vinci, Ges Rogers Union Gap and in 2019 Les McKeown\'s Bay City Rollers on Tour and more. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks and doctor.
For the golfer the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minutes drive if not just next door. In the near proximity there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. We suggest if you are looking for ease of booking and discounted green fees to contact Albatross Golf in Los Dolses.
Also now visit the new Zenia Blvd shopping mall considered to be the largest in Europe and only a 5 minute drive away, or catch a taxi or use the local bus service!
The location of this apartment makes it the perfect holiday retreat for families or golfing groups.
As with all In The Sun Holiday villas, a starter welcome pack is included with coffee, tea, milk, water, juice and a bottle of Cava to start the holiday right!

Great location near to a number of really good restaurants and very handy for all the local attractions. Very friendly host and the property has everything you could want. The welcome pack was also very welcome. Feels very secure and the laptop is really clean and enjoyed by our girls.

The apartment was ok, in need of updating ,bath towels must of been at least 15 years old and extremely worn and faded. The bedding on the beds left a lot to be desired as was the quality of the beds provided. Very upset as we are in the 21st century and the cost of towels and bedding these days are...
