Independent house overlooking Lake Maggiore. 10 minutes from the Borromean islands and from Stresa. 5 minutes from the beaches. very comfortable house with very large garden.
2 bedrooms, double living room, dining area overlooking the lake. 3 bathrooms.

Detached villa with a large private garden and an above-ground swimming pool.
The garden has comfortable sun loungers for comfortable and quiet relaxation.

We are very sorry not to be able to accommodate guests with motor disabilities: the presence of stairs and the lack unfortunately does not allow it.

The expenses related to the consumption of gas for heating the accommodation are not included in the rental price and are paid directly by the guest at the time of check out, based on the consumption actually incurred.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit wunderschönem Blick auf den See . Hier kommt man total zu Ruhe. Sehr schönes , charmantes Interieur, die Gastgeber sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Herzliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, fantastischer Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore, gehobene Ausstattung des Objektes, Liebe zum Detail, man fühlt sich sofort wohl ("nach Hause kommen"), Garten als "Wohlfühloase", Wohnort klein und nicht touristisch, für breite (über 2m), lange (4.80m) Autos schwierige Parkplatzsituation vor Ort
