This is a lovely & charming house from the end of the 18th century, with thick stone walls, high roofs and antique wooden floors. We especially paid attention to get importance to space and comfort ( 90 m2, for a 2 bed rooms property).
All technical parts are new (kitchen, bathroom, paints, electricity, heating, beds, domestic appliances,...) and the rest is designed accordingly to the charming Ile de Ré style, mixing comfortable and antique furnitures.
Outdoors
On the top,the property has a nice and comfortable outside patio, rare in Saint Martin downtown.

We realized a complete refurbishing in 2010.
Location & surroundings
The house is located inside the city walls in the historic part. Outside the noisy area, it’s still close to the harbor and the market.

La maison est très confortable et très bien située, à 2 pas du port et des rues commerçantes tout en étant au calme. Les places de stationnement sur la place de la République sont un plus. La cheminée est top, elle fonctionne parfaitement. Les lits sont très confortables et l’ensemble de la maison est bien chauffée, utile fin octobre.
