That’s where we built a modern villa (250 m² with air conditioning), spacious enough for our family (95 m² living room and kitchen).
Living area featuring: a modern, fully equipped kitchen; living room; and a 95m² dining area with contemporary furnishings
Laundry room with washer and dryer,
TV room equipped with fiber-optic Wi-Fi,
Bedroom 1: master suite with a 160-cm bed, toilet, bathroom, and closets.
Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds (90 cm), toilet, bathroom, storage
Bedroom 3: 2 sets of bunk beds, shower, sink, storage
Bedroom 4: 1 bed (140 cm), bathroom, toilet, storage
The entire house is on one level, wheelchair accessible, and fully air-conditioned
Outdoors
A large lawn is perfect for family fun, and there’s a bocce court for you and your friends.

Location & surroundings
We are a couple who love the sea and the mountains, and we found a large, flat lot (2,300 m²) in Ollioules, overlooking the sea on a hill in an authentic Provençal village.
Beaches are a 10-minute drive away, as are Sanary and Six-Fours.
The village square of Ollioules is a 5-minute walk away, featuring shops, a Provençal market, and small restaurants.
The villa is ideally located in a quiet, hillside setting with breathtaking views of the Toulon harbor.
