This lovely, recently renovated vacation villa in the sought-after resort town of Solanas is set on a private beach lane with direct access to the white sand and azure waters of Solanas beach.
The 3 bedroom vacation home includes a full kitchen, dining/living room area, fireplace, bathroom with shower and a terraced veranda - perfect for dining alfresco.
Outside, guests can also enjoy the tropical gated garden, stone BBQ and convenient outdoor shower, ideal when returning from a day at the beach. The property is part of a private and tranquil complex of neighboring beach side villas, each with reserved parking.
Its proximity to the beach makes it a wonderful choice for both young families and couples alike. Guests will find that it's only a short walk or drive to all services, including market, newsstand, pharmacy, park, pizzerias and the renowned Da Barbara restaurant.
The beach of Solanas also offers a modern beach lounge, as well as a snack bar, umbrella & pedalo rental (in season).

Lage perfekt aber alles dicht verbaut mit vielen Nachbarn. Der Garten ist aber uneinsichtig - alles bestens. Die Terrasse ist überdacht und bietet den ganzen Tag besten Schatten. Der Strand ist wunderschön. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man zum perfekten Leben braucht. Wir haben drei wunderschöne, erholsame Urlaubswochen verbracht - dafür vielen lieben Dank!

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr tolle Lage. Man ist in wenigen Schritten direkt am Meer. Der Aussenbereich ist schön. Man sollte jedoch so Buchen, dass man viel Zeit draussen verbringen kann. Es hat 3 Schlafzimmer im unteren Stockwerk. Der obere Stock mit Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer ist sehr klein gehalten.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Wohnung. Super Lage direkt am Strand. Allerdings war in dieser Jahreszeit wenig los. Es hatten nur zwei Pizzerien auf. Zum nächsten größeren Ort waren es circa 10 km zu fahren. Wir wären vom 13. bis zum 25. Oktober hier. Zum nächsten Geschäft waren es auch 10 km zu fahren.
