The NewMad apartments are located in a luxurious residential complex that is part of the boom in urban developments that are transforming Méndez Álvaro into one of the most modern and vibrant areas for residents and major company headquarters.
Characterised by its elegant structure of clean lines, the complex is the perfect option for those seeking luxury, comfort and exclusivity in one place.
Its strategic location to the south of the city centre and close to Atocha Station and the Méndez Álvaro interchange, allow for efficient and rapid connection with the rest of the city. Likewise, it is situated very close to important focal points of the city such as the Reina Sofía Museum, the Prado Museum, Madrid Planetarium and El Retiro Park.

This precious and welcoming studio presents a modern design in which every element is carefully selected to optimise space and maintain a contemporary aesthetic.
Upon entering, the first thing you perceive is a sense of spaciousness, thanks to the open layout that integrates the kitchen, living room and bedroom with a comfortable double bed in a single space.
Your elegant American-style kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art utensils and appliances. The living room features a double sofa bed and a Smart TV.
The studio also features a comfortable full bathroom with shower, offering functionality, style and comfort to our guests.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us with a maximum of 5 days' notice.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of April, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.
To bear in mind:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
Important: all check-ins to be carried out from 21:00 onwards have an additional cost of €50 to be paid in cash to the person who receives you at the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in accessing the apartment due to failure to complete this prior process.

El departamento es muy funcional y luminoso. Todo funcionó perfectamente.Muy fácil el check in. Si uno está dispuesto a alojarse un poco lejos del centro es una gran opción.Muy buena relación precio calidad. Lo recomiendo.
No tengo sugerencias ya que cumplió ampliamente con mis expectativas.

Although the listing says it has air conditioning, a washer, and a dryer, none of them are working. When I called to report the issue, no one ever came to help. The listing also states that the place is suitable for 4 adults, which is not true. The second bed is a very small futon where not even two teenagers can sleep comfortably.
