Has fabulous pool and sea view. Centrally located and 5 minute walk to the beach and the Puerto Colon Marina. Very close to San Eugenio shopping centre.

There are lots of shops, restaurants and bars nearby including famous Irish Fiddler Bar and Scottish Bar Corner, and it is directly opposite the fabulous Gastro pub The Thirsty Turtle.
