Very nice contemporary studio fully equipped with 24m² + 30m² of garden, in a gated residence opposite the castle, very quiet, close to the city center, the small port, the beach and the train station.
Access to a private swimming pool (mid June to early September) and 2 tennis courts.
30m² garden: Very pleasant for quiet meals in the shade in a small garden with a view of the Château de Sausset. Equipped with deckchairs, parasol and a table with chairs in woven resin.
Description of the studio:
* Shower room: with shower, washing machine and WC.
* Entrance: sleeping area with bunk beds including 2 beds for 1 person.
* Living area: convertible sofa for daily sleeping, LCD TV.
* Kitchen area: dishwasher, oven-grill, ceramic hob, extractor hood, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all accessories.
* Dining area with table and chairs.
* Storage cabinet with mirror .
* Miscellaneous: ironing board + iron, vacuum cleaner.

Wooden terrace with woven resin table and 30m² garden
Studio for 4 people maximum

très bonne vacances dans ce petit studio tout équipé,moderne,confortable avec son petit jardin et sa terrasse idéal pour manger et prendre l'apero.
pas loin du snack, du port et de la plage;
la clim qui vous fera oublié le feu du soleil .

Bon emplacement et bon accueil pour ce gite. Par contre difficile de se garer près de la résidence, et la piscine de propreté douteuse.
