Recently renovated 1bedroom apartment facing the beach and in the central area of Arma di Taggia, a town located 15 minutes from Sanremo.
Characterized by a sea view terrace with dining table and 2 deck chairs, the apartment is ideal for 4 people and offers a living room with open kitchen, dining table and sofa with 2 single or 1 double beds, bathroom with shower and washing machine, double bedroom with large wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Beaches with lidos and bars are just steps away. This apartment for 4 people has been recently renovated and is equipped with all the comforts to feel at home; it is very bright thanks to the French windows that open onto the terrace which can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom.
The terrace, ideal for having lunch or dinner outdoors overlooking the sea or for a relaxing break, is furnished with a table, chairs and two deck chairs.
Upon entering you are greeted by the large living room with an open kitchen: here the sofa can be turned into a double bed / two single beds, then there is a TV and a dining table.
A small desk with a lamp can be used for smart working.
The open kitchen is equipped with all utensils, oven and dishwasher.
The bedroom, also with sea view, has a large double bed and a chest of drawers.
The bathroom with a window has a large shower cubicle. The beaches in front of the house are very beautiful, wide and equipped with sand.
There are also free beaches in the area towards Sanremo. There is a playground for children in front of the house and the beautiful cycle path that runs along the seafront and connects Taggia to Sanremo (6 km.) and Imperia. Behind the house you can rent bicycles and rickshaws, even with pedal assistance. The apartment is located in the center of Taggia. the seafront street is a very lively area rich in restaurants and bars.
Mini markets and small shops are all within walking distance. Arma di Taggia is located in the stretch of coast called the Riviera dei Fiori.
Sanremo, just 6 km away, is famous for hosting the Festival della canzone italiana, the casino, and the majestic Empress promenade.
The beaches in Taggia are sandy and very wide, all equipped with bars and restaurants.
On the seafront there are restaurants and bars with live music.

Bellissimo il balcone con la vista sul mare e la possibilità di mangiare fuori (soprattutto la sera quando non batte il sole). Appartamento carino, arredato in stile marittimo, con tutto quello che serve. Se dovessimo tornare ad arma di Taggia sicuramente lo riprenderemo.
