Villa La Teresina in Salento Sealovers is located in the heart of the enchanting Marina Serra a few km from the renowned Santa Maria di Leuca.
The swimming pool (7x3 h 1.20) in an elevated position above the sea level offers guests the opportunity to enjoy an incredible panoramic view.
La Teresina is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The style is typical of Salento with a beautiful stone pajara in which there is an equipped kitchen with sea view, two double bedrooms, air conditioned and served by two complete bathrooms with shower.
Immediately below a few meters, separated from the rest of the house, a third double bedroom with private bathroom and sea view.
Also room used as a laundry room with the third bathroom.
The outdoor spaces are equipped with all comforts: outdoor kitchen, piano bar, sofas with soft cushions, tables and chairs, deckchairs, sun loungers and umbrellas, ROCKING, solarium and outdoor shower convey a sense of full rest and allow you to enjoy the spectacular panorama.
In addition to the view, what makes La Teresina unique is the large degrading garden overlooking the sea with an equipped outdoor kitchen and a large barbecue, which offer the possibility of organizing outdoor lunches and dinners.
Kitchen with dishwasher
Laundry room with washing machine and service bathroom
The linen is not included.
Bed linen and towels can be rented for € 20 / pers.
Outdoor parking along the coast road.
Access to the nearest sea is in Marina Serra where there are splendid natural pools carved into the rock. From the villa it is not possible to go into the water because it overlooks the sea.
We recommend to pack:
- absolutely: mask and fins!
- rock shoes to venture out and dive and swim from the cliffs
- a rock mattress (e.g. like those for doing YOGA) to lie comfortably everywhere to sunbathe.
- trekking or gym shoes
... and a long skirt and sandals to dance the pizzica!
SALENTO SEALOVERS, IN ADDITION TO OFFERING UNIQUE LOCATIONS, PROPOSES A PROGRAM OF EXPERIENCES FOR OUR GUESTS:
- BOAT TRIP TO THE CAVES (must!)
- TREKKING EXCURSIONS
For trekking lovers there are many beautiful paths along the cliff overlooking the sea, from which you can access the crystal clear sea in isolated points.
- COOKING LESSONS
- CATERING DINNERS AT THE VILLA
- EXCURSIONS BY SAILBOAT daily or with the possibility of going to a beautiful island in Greece
- DIVING OR SNORKELING EXCURSIONS

We loved the outdoor living, the cozy house and the good AC. Everything you need for a sweet and simple week on the Puglian coast. Close to many good spots. We loved it!
