Two real little love nests of 30m2 with a 160x200 bed and a fully equipped kitchen with 2 induction hobs, a fridge / freezer, a microwave / oven, kettle, toaster, Senseo machine, pots, pans, and complete dishes .. Decoration of taste. Comfortable accommodation in a small building along the waterfront, FULL SOUTH and close to all SHOPS.
Very quiet building, public parking nearby, beach of La Banche 2 minutes walk, restaurants at the foot of the apartment, bakery and crossroads city a few meters. 15 minutes from Saint-Brieuc train station.
The entrance is from 15h
Departure before 11am
Tourist tax 1. 20 euros / night / person
In high season, minimum stay of 1 week, otherwise long weekend possible on request at 06 87 55 09 90 available at any time if necessary

Appartement on ne peut plus central (rue de commerces et de restaurants, port, plage), très bon pied à terre pour rayonner autour de Binic.
