Located on the 3rd floor without elevator I can help you carry your luggage if you wish...The stairs are "comfortable."
Cool in summer facing south-east, possibility of ventilating it naturally.
A fan in the bedroom and a fan in the living room.
Garage at the foot of the building, very useful in summer to have a parking space, shade for the car, and the streets have become paying...

Appartement très agréable, à une minute de la plage . Résidence calme. Le propriétaire est très arrangeant au niveau de l'heure d'arrivée , ce qui est bien agréable quand on vient de loin. Possibilité d'utiliser le garage ce qui est très appréciable. Nous reviendrons !

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine à Carnon. .L’appartement est bien situé et très calme proximité plage mer pain café etc… le soleil était au rendez-vous pour nous satisfaire

Joli appartement a côté de la plage de Carnon-ouest. L’appartement est au 3ieme étage, il est simple mais très propre. Un garage fait partie de la location.
J’ai passé de très bonnes vacances avec mes enfants
