Very beautiful duplex, bright, sea view from all the main rooms of the apartment, trendy decor, oak parquet. Sea view terrace with garden furniture. Magnificent sunsets. Acotz district. Remarkable site.
In front of the magnificent Mayarco beach (50 meters), 150m from Scénitz beach, 200m from Lafitenia beach.
Beautiful seaside walks by cycle path or coastal path.
Beach shops nearby in summer.
Surf spot nearby. Culture of the Basque Country: Pelota (traditional sport), traditional festivals, Basque songs. Check with the Tourist Office of Saint Jean de Luz for the entertainment program. Basque gastronomy: Typical restaurants nearby. We recommend: - the Ostalamer (200m from the apartment): good fish, sea view - the Ostalapia (400m-local cuisine: axoa, pil pil cod, cod peppers ...) - La Tantina de la Playa (Bidart-very good fresh fish, sea view) - Clos Basque (Biarritz- book several days in advance, very good value for money!)

Die Wohnung ist ganz toll, ausser das das WLAN im oberen Stockwerk nicht richtig funktioniert. Die Wohnung liegt keine 80 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Bars, Restaurants und ein Minigolfplatz sind direkt vor der Tür bzw. unter dem Balkon, von daher ist immer was los, was uns aber nicht störte.

A nice clean place with comfortable bed and good bathroom. A bit noisy at times because of the bars across the street. Excellent access to beaches
