Sea Dunes is a spacious and comfortable, traditional Croyde bungalow, offering everything that you will need for a relaxing holiday.
It is perfectly located in the village, within easy walking distance of the award winning sandy beach and also the thatched cottages, shops, pubs and restaurants in the centre of the village. There is a decked dining area at the front & a patio at the rear of the property. Free Wi-Fi There is an outbuilding that can store surf boards, wet suits etc. There is a decked area at the front of the property, which has sea views across the sand dunes and bay to the headland on the far side.
This is ideal for a quiet glass of wine in the evening.
From the decking, large patio doors lead into the large open plan living area, with a TV and DVD player and sofas in the lounge, which is over 24 ft in length and then two small steps lead up into the dining area, with its large pine table and chairs and the fully equipped kitchen. Sea Dunes is ideal for larger families or two families, as it will sleep 8 people easily and up to a maximum of 10.
There are four bedrooms in total, two double bedrooms (one of which is en suite), a twin room with two single beds, a bedroom with bunk beds and a double sofa bed in the lounge. At the back of the property there is a large patio area with garden furniture which is ideal for BBQ's.
There is also an outbuilding that has facilities to store surf boards and wet suits. The entire bungalow and its grounds are all included in the rental price. Ample parking.
At the front of the property there is off road parking on the driveway for three or four cars. A lawn with a rotary clothes line. A large BBQ

We took my 84 year old mum away for few days so she could see great-grandson on the beach so four generations in the house.The house was perfect - great open living space , lovely outdoor areas , clean and well equipped.Hosts were so helpful which was really appreciated..We would definitely recommend & plan to return ourselves . We had a wonderful stay – truly a home from home! The property was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate six adults, with plenty of room left for surfboards and all the kit that comes with a beach/hike holiday. Everything we needed was provided, making it the perfect base for our trip. We wouldn’t hesitate to return!

We have loved staying at Sea Dunes. The Bungalow is spacious and very well equipped. Comfortable beds and a nice big communal space. The location is great for easy access to beaches and beautiful walks. Great communication with the owners, We highly recommend.
