Very comfortable villa, classified 3 stars, of 120 m2 living space located in Port Camargue in the town of Grau Du Roi:
- 10 minutes by bike from the Grau du Roi beaches and the Espiguette beach;
- 10 mins walk from a shopping center
This villa will offer you:
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, double glazing, electric shutters;
- 2 shower rooms and 3 toilets;
- 1 large open kitchen, fully equipped, oven, microwave, American fridge, dishwasher, 4-burner hob, 2-burner gas hob, washing machine and dryer;
- 1 living room, 1 convertible sofa, a leather living room, 1 large color TV, a stereo and wifi
- 1 unheated indoor pool and 1 inflatable spa for 6 people
- 1 garden furniture
- 1 covered terrace
- 1 terrace with table and armchairs, gas barbecue and electric covers
The villa is fully air conditioned and fenced with 1 electric gate.
It offers a vehicle space in the garage and a space between the gate and the garage entrance.
There is also a second gate for access to the garden / terrace so your pet can be outside safely.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental (additional charge and on request: € 15 for a large bed, € 10 for a small bed and € 5 per person for a set of towels)
The end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the rental price (€ 90 extra)
We accept holiday vouchers and your pet is also welcome (no extra charge).
A deposit of € 800 is to be returned by check not cashed on the day of arrival.

Wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen in einer heißen Zeit am Meer. Groß, sehr gut ausgestattet, klimatisiert, ruhig und sehr privat. Wir konnten alle Ausflüge machen und sind täglich gern in diese Oase der Ruhe und Kühle zurückgekehrt. Vielen Dank für alles!

Tres bon accueil, propriétaires sympathiques. La maison est agréable, nous nous sentons comme à la maison. L'endroit est bien située proche plage espiguette, Camargue et la grande motte. Tout s'est bien passée, hormis le petit detail... un PV pour stationnement au grau du roi, un dimanche de mai...

Wir hatten schöne zwei Wochen in der Villa von Karine und Michaël. Empfangen wurden wir mit einigen kleinen Willkommensgeschenken. Sehr aufmerksam und freundlich! 😋 Die Villa war sehr gut ausgestattet, ein Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke. Sollte doch etwas fehlen, waren die Gastgeber sehr gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.
