Lots of charm for this cottage in a vineyard in activity in Murviel les Béziers.
It is in a quiet and peaceful environment, in the middle of vineyards and olive trees that spread this great property, part of which was furnished with 2 cottages. It is a place to relax and rest, an invitation to a total immersion in the heart of nature with many walks possible, including the nearby Parc Régional du Haut Languedoc known for its hiking trails.
Nearby is also a base of white water sports.
And to satisfy lovers of history, venture into the nearby medieval villages known for their circular. The cottage of 110 m², is equipped for 6 persons with a terrace facing to the west.
The views over the surrounding countryside are outstanding.
The pool area, to share, is quiet, a few dozen meters from the cottage and into nature.
The 9m x 6.5m pool has an American beach ideal for small children with 0.20m of water up to 1.70m deep.
Protected by an alarm, the pool is open between early May and mid October. The decoration of the house is very neat and tasteful.
The nobility of materials (wood, stone, clay ...) and the warm colors chosen to give this house a lot of charm, character and friendliness. On ground floor: large room to live of 50 m² with living room, dining area and kitchen, separate WC. On 1st floor, 1 queen size bedroom with its private bathroom and WC, 1 other queen size bedroom with its private shower room and WC and 1 twin bedroom with its private shower room and separate toilet . Views of the surrounding hills. The owner speaks English. Charges to be paid locally: Power included in rent june to september, electric heating by general meter reading at 0.25€/kwh, Mandatory final cleaning at 80 € / stay, Possibility to rent sheets + 2 towels + towel pool to 15 € / person, to be ordered before arrival, 30€ extra for 1 pet allowed

L’emplacement est parfait, au calme au milieu des oliviers.
Par contre le gîte est peu entretenu et mériterait d’être rafraîchi.
