All 4 bedrooms in the Villa have sea views and a terrace.
The 5th bedroom is located in the annex next to the pool.
All areas of the Villa including Swimming Pool are open to guests.
On the terrace under the pool c is a children's area in an English lawn with children's playgrounds i Interaction with guests.
We do not live in the Villa but we hold and trust a great deal of interaction with the guests.
Then we are present when there is a need.
Other things to note the house is also equipped with a dog canopy.

The house is ecclectic to say the least. Needs a fair bit of work, but overall more than OK for our stay. The kitchen probably needs the most work. No central A/C but each bedroom has a mini-split, so it was comfortable for sleeping. The porch facing the beach was positively perfect for morning coff...

The host was amazing and the location couldn’t be more perfect. The pool was clean, great beach watching and if you want to go it is just across the street. Great views. Close to the marina and cinisi. Great space for family. Will definitely be back!
