Close to the typical marina of la Cotiniere, 10 minutes away from the beach, in the quiet Chefmalière village, beautiful, bright and large detached house (180 sq.m) with private garden, patio, car park and second private garden (2000 sq.m). The house is very homely and pleasant all year round, without a neighbour in sight! It is very close to many cycling paths and walking itinerary.
The house has exposed stones and a lot of character in its green surroundings.
-Large living and dining room with insert fireplace, cable TV, DVD player,
-A large room, relaxating room and library (with books).
These two rooms have brand new double bed settees
- Large fully equipped kitchen, two back kitchens for the washing machines, tumbler dryer, the large freezer, cutlery and all the necessary kitchen equipment for 14 people

J’ai loué la maison de Catherine pour 2 nuits avec mes amis et nous avons tous passé un très bon week-end.Très bon accueil par Jocelyne.Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la maison pour y rester plusieurs jours.Grand espace vert.Maison agréable avec de grand espace à l’intérieur (nous étions 16 adultes)Merci à Catherine car nous avons pu fêter les 40 ans de mon mari dans cadre parfait.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli dans cette maison charmante. Mais plutôt taillée pour 12 que pour 16 (ballons d’eau chaude un peu justes et 4 couchages en pièce de vie)

Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueilli par Jocelyne. Les instructions et le suivi par Catherine ont été très agréables. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés cette maison très pratique pour de grands groupes.
