The tasteful villa with a beautiful pool and a spacious plot of almost 700m² is located near the small village of La Marina in the middle of a holiday development.
The well-kept garden invites you for Barbecue and relax.
The winter garden at the house allows you to relax and retreat even on windy and rainy days.
The property is not visible from the outside as it is surrounded by a wall and thus protects privacy.
All rooms in the house are on one level and have blinds and fly screens.
Next to a comfortable living and dining room with TV/DVD/CD player, two sofas and a dining area is the fully equipped kitchen.
The villa offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms with toilets. Overall, we recommend a maximum occupancy of 5 people.
The towns of Santa Pola and Guardamar are about 10 minutes away.
The airport in Alicante can be reached in approximately 30 minutes.
You can reach El Pinet beach in about 10 minutes.
There are also some golf courses nearby.

Fabulous accommodation- absolutely everything there to make life easy. Two beautiful newly refurbished bathrooms, great kitchen, lovely pool and gardens and a choice of outdoor seating areas. Would most definitely recommend and return. Excellent all round relaxing holiday
