At our property, you’ll enjoy the exclusive comfort of having the indoor pool—featuring natural stone, a 30°C water temperature, a counter-current system, floor jets, and underwater speakers—as well as the Finnish sauna and aromatic steam bath all to yourself.
This first-floor apartment is approximately 50 square metres in size and features a covered balcony with a stunning view of the Moselle. Enjoy the sun and watch the boats go by. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2026.
Exclusive use of the wellness area—not sole use! You may use the entire indoor pool area all to yourself, privately, for at least 2 hours daily at no additional cost. You may lock the door to the stairwell and, if you wish, lower the electric roller shade facing the garden.
Use the Blockbolen sauna however you like: set it to your preferred temperature, add water to the stones whenever and however intensely you’d like—we provide various scents, but you’re also welcome to bring your own favourite scent.
Our pool water is (except in summer) warmer than that of most public pools in Germany, at approximately 31°C. Here, it’s a joy to glide into the water—no gasping for air—not even for the little ones. Speaking of children: they especially love the elephant slide and being carried by thousands of air bubbles from the floor jets—a tingling delight all to themselves! Anyone who wants to go for a long swim can do so easily thanks to the powerful Fluvo counter-current system.
Enjoy our steam room with its soothing combination of warm air at approximately 45°C and nearly 100% humidity. Relax amid gently shifting hues of light, automatically dispensed aromatic essences, and your favourite music.
The location right on the banks of the Moselle guarantees peace and relaxation, whether you’re enjoying the magnificent view from the apartment or the garden. The Moselle hiking and biking trail runs right past the garden. The Moselle meadows and a playground invite you to play. Super property to rent. Private pool for at lease two hours a day. Watching boats passing on the Mosel. Free parking 30 metres away. Lovely l town of zell 7 mins walk. Cafes bars. Wine shops. Oh and great boat trips from the small pier 5 mins away.Amazing super,arket up the hil..you need a car for that..Great to speak to the owner too. His is really helpful.Super..

Mein Mann, unsere Hündin und ich haben hier ein paar schöne, erholsame Tage verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön am Moselradweg und der Wellnessbereich ist gerade bei kühlem Herbstwetter DAS Highlight. Selten hatten wir eine schönere Hunderunde direkt am Haus.

Zwembad:Turkse stoom sauna het gebruik was onduidelijk en wij konden dit niet gebruiken. Glijbaan werd ondersteund door houten balk en hebben wij daarom voor de zekerheid niet gebruikt.
