Located in one of the most pleasant residential neighborhoods in Tours, just steps away from the Jardin des Prébendes and its grand shaded walkways, this fully restored townhouse welcomes you for a peaceful and serene stay.
With its private garden, pergola, private garage, and air conditioning in every room—everything has been designed to make you feel right at home.

As soon as you enter, the house opens onto a bright and modern living space: a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area for 4 to 6 people, and a living room featuring a TV and fiber-optic internet. Enjoy direct access to the garden and pergola to make the most of the outdoors at any time.
Kitchen amenities: Dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster.
🛏️ First Floor
Three comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160×200), garden view, TV, desk, wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (160×200), street view, TV, desk, wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: Single bed (90×190), garden view, wardrobe.
Large bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower and double vanity. Separate toilet.

Relax under the pergola, use the electric griddle (plancha) for alfresco dining, or lounge in the deck chairs. A true outdoor living space, which is a rare find in the city.
🚗 Parking
A private locked garage is included (maximum vehicle length: 4m). Free street parking is also available on Rue Boisdenier (side of the street alternates every 15 days). Also ideal for storing bicycles and motorbikes.

This apartment was the perfect home base for us to explore the area from. We could easily walk to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and the central train station.
