The Villa at Kastelli Bay is one of the very few vacation rentals in Kalymnos that is on the water. The property is a pleasant retreat in Kalymnos, away from the crowd but conveniently located just 1 mile from the popular town of Massouri where you will enjoy restaurants and tavernas, cafes, bars, shopping and a public beach. The Villa at Kastelli Bay is 260 m2 and is comprised of the main villa and an attached studio and offers all the comforts of home. The villa's main rental unit has 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 persons. The independent, attached studio is on the upper floor and has its own entrance, a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and en suite bathroom and can accommodate an additional 2 persons.

The interior is fully furnished and decorated in a relaxed and elegant simplicity, providing you with every comfort you will need, including a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioned bedrooms, comfortable seating, screened windows, free wifi and much more. The main kitchen and kitchenette are well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals.

The outdoor area provides ample open and pergola shaded terraces for relaxing and dining, an outdoor grill and sink, outdoor shower, a private pool, and access to the Aegean Sea, ensuring you a carefree and relaxing vacation. You can enjoy your meals around the dining table on the main veranda, or on the terrace by the pool, while enjoying views of the Aegean Sea, Telendos Island and a 7th century fort. The spacious terraces are a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee, sunbathing, a tasty meal or a refreshing drink as you enjoy a beautiful sunset.

The property's private pool was built on the main floor and is surrounded by colorful bougainvillea flowers and a spacious terrace. Sunbeds and shaded sitting areas are scattered all around the terrace and pool area.
