Quelques points non précisés dans l'annonce:
-boulons tout le tour de piscine non retirés
- 5 ou 6 chats qui sont omniprésents et entre dans la maison si on aère en bas.
- élevage de porc proche qui amène selon le vent certains jours une forte odeur
- l'électricité saute si on met en route les clima...
