Beautiful independent villa located in the Barrio de Bellamar in Castelldefels.
It has 300m2 built, 3 terraces, garden and private pool.
It is distributed over two floors and an open diaphanous room. On the main floor we find: entrance hall, dining room-living room of 35m2 with a. to. with a table for 12 people and a large sofa for 6-7 people with 65 "TV with internet connection, equipped kitchen with dining table for 4-6 people and open to the garden with large sliding door and folding windows that give way to a Open bar to the pool, with stools where to make the snack or have a drink and chat while cooking.
Bathroom with shower and a 25m2 suite room with a double bed of 1.60m x 2m, with desk, dressing room and bathroom with shower with exterior window.
The suite room has access to the outside area.
Outside, in addition to the pool, barbecue and sink and dining table chairs for 8-10 people, there is a pergola with sofa and armchairs and sun loungers and table tennis and house and slide for children.

On the same floor there are 4 bedrooms all exterior, of them the first bedroom has a double bed of 1.40m x 1.90m, with small clothes and clothes rack, the second is a suite with 4-door wardrobe, double bed of 1 , 50m x 1.90m and bathroom with window with shower and double sink, the third room has a built-in wardrobe with 2 doors and 3 single beds of 90cm x 2m and the fourth room has a 3-door wardrobe, a large bed of 1.80m x 2m with access to private terrace with sofa and armchairs and sun loungers and parasol of 25m2. In the upper part of the attached room we have another terrace of 120m2 ideal for sunbathing with privacy, hanging clothes ... The house has quality finishes, porcelain floor on the ground floor and parquet on the top, heating by natural gas radiators and hot water system with good supply to provide instant service at 5 showers. Castelldefels is characterized by being an exclusive, residential and quiet area where you can enjoy spectacular beaches and views and with the peculiarity of being only 20 minutes from the center of Barcelona and 10 minutes from the Prat International Airport.
It has a mountain area very suitable for hiking or climbing routes, beach area for water sports, in addition to having prestigious international schools and renowned tennis academies. The house is very well connected since it has a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the house (just 30 meters away) to Barcelona and different locations and train station 260 meters (just 5 minutes walk) with a good destination to Barcelona and the airport or to Sitges or Tarragona. Ideal to accommodate families for both summer and winter vacations, as well as people who come for business (since Barcelona fairs are only 15-20 minutes by car or 25-30 minutes by bus).
The house is preferably rented for an ideal of up to 6 adults, other places to reach the total occupation best for children.
With a higher adult occupation the rate will be somewhat increased.
If you want to be more than 9 occupants in total you can consult me. The price of the tourist fee of € 0.99 per person per night is not included in the price.
This amount will be charged in cash at check-in. Guests, if interested, can hire an optional external service from a cleaning company at their expense, 2 hours a day to pick up, clean and fix the house, or even cook or wash and iron clothes, or for certain hours after agreement Between the guest and the company.
They can also be contacted with a car rental service with delivery and collection at home. No noise can be made outside after 11:00 pm for the neighborhood break.
It is mandatory to throw the garbage in the containers that are in the same street a few meters from the house.
