All bedrooms have new air conditioning units and access to either a private bathroom or en-suite.

Bedroom 5: Double Bed + small annex room with a single bed
There is a large spacious lounge, an indoor dining room and a games room with pool table.
The villa is equipped with all of the things that you need to feel at home including a large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, fibre internet and cable TV.
Outdoors
The villa has a large private salt water swimming pool and extensive gardens.
We have a built in BBQ and an outdoor terrace - perfect for al fresco dining.
We also have several seating areas including a large family dining table with 12 chairs that can be used outside on the sun terrace or in the sun room.
From October 2025 - Brand new pool heating system so you can enjoy the pool all year round at a water temperature of 29.5 degrees celsius.

Our beautiful villa, Casa os Netos, is located within the iconic Penina Resort on the outskirts of Alvor and is perfect for relaxing in the sun with friends or family.
The villa has private parking within its gated grounds.
Location & surroundings
The villa is perfectly located to explore all the Algarve has to offer.
We recommend hiring a car to make the most of your holiday.
The nearest beach is 10 minutes away, the town centre of Alvor is 15 minutes away, and Portimao city centre is 15 minutes away.

A lovely property, fantastic amenities and brilliant communication, the one and only down side is the location, you do need a car or uber cabs but they are reasonable.We had a fantastic time and loved the villa x
