Magnificent little house located in Drôme Provençale; surrounded by vineyards and lavender 200 meters from the medieval village of Chamaret and 5km from the village of Grignan and its castle which belonged to Madame de Sévigné.
Not far from the village of Richerenche; the capital of the Black Truffle and its Winter Truffle market and its museum.
The accommodation restored with taste and character (except facade) has a swimming pool and a large plot.
