VILLA MAVRIANA - TORRE DELLE STELLE
A lovely villa just 200 meters from a pebble beach, Villa Mavriana is situated in Torre Delle Stelle in the south-east part of Sardinia.
Located 2 km from shops, restaurants, and a sandy beach, the villa offers lovely sea views as well as good privacy.
The nearby Sarrabus mountain range offers hiking trails and mountain biking routes, and Cagliari, the island's capital, is 35 km away. Villa Mavriana (160 m2) develops over two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a living room on two levels with a sitting area (with chairs and built in seating) and a dining area (with table and chairs).
The kitchen (with dishwasher, fridge, microwave) offers access to a terrace and there is a guest bathroom (with toilet, bidet, basin and washing machine).
