- The property is located in a quiet residential area — parties and events are not allowed.
- A valid ID may be requested upon arrival (standard security procedure).
- One baby (under 2 years old) is welcome free of charge. Additional babies must be added as “children”.
- Check-in: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM Check-out: by 10:00 AM
- Late check-in fees: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM : €30 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM : €50
- 🧹 Final cleaning is included. Guests are kindly asked to leave the house in a reasonable condition.
