On the edge of a wood, at the start of magnificent hikes, but also 5 minutes walk from the 'beach' of Merpuis, this chalet without fuss is a haven of peace, ideally located. You will certainly spend wonderful moments on its large terrace not overlooked, and enjoy the view of the lake of Merpuis and the island of Chambod... and the singing of the birds^^
All the necessary shops are 10 minutes away in the pretty village of Poncin. The main roads take us in 1 hour to Lyon or Geneva, in 2 hours to Annecy or to the heart of the Alps or the borders of the Jura, but above all... the nearby surroundings are splendid, whatever the season! … The Ain river is one of the most beautiful rivers in France because of the variety of landscapes it crosses.
This holiday home is composed of:
2 attic double bedrooms and a small bathroom on the upper floor with toilet and mini bath + 1 bedroom with extra single beds, and a shower room, shower and toilet, on the lower floor.
The living room (30 -35 m² living room and open equipped kitchen) is on one level with a large west-facing terrace with unobstructed views...
We will be happy to help you prepare your stay in the best possible way, do not hesitate to ask us all your questions! The only bad questions are the ones we don't 😊 ask
Towels and bed linen can be provided as an option.
The house must be left clean when leaving the premises.

We have been renting this house for several years by the week or the weekend. We also exchange it. The health situation means that we preferred to rent it on a long-term basis for the last 2 years... Our ads have disappeared, our appreciations too^^ Too bad we had lots of nice little words from people from all over the place! Yours will be welcome again :-)

Sehr schwer mit einem grossen KFZ dort hin zu kommen. Im Insereat stand nichts von einer Endreinigung. Kostet dann aber 80euro, wenn man es ni h selbst.macht. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön.

Nous avons decouvert une très belle région et avons passé un tres bon sejour. La location est tres bien faite et nous avons eu tout ce que nous souhaitons avec en prime une tres belle terrasse. Le petit geste de bienvenue a ete fort apprecié. Merci
