Independent studio apartment in a very elegant Wright-style villa, designed in the 1940s and 1950s (architectural project: G.. Samonà) in Palermo's seaside town of Mondello, just 30 mt from the beach and 20 minutes from the city center.
Situated in a refined setting surrounded by greenery, at the foot of Mount Pellegrino, just steps from the sea, between the sandy bay and the cliffs, the apartment is elegantly furnished with high-quality linens.

Catering, transportation, and car (including bicycle and scooter) rentals are available.
The pool (open April to May and October) and hot tub are not for public use; however, we are happy to share them, along with the outdoor spaces, with our guests.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Mondello bei Francesco und seiner Frau.
Um das Bungalow ist sehr viel Platz, ideal für Kinder und das Gelände ist komplett geschützt. Hohe Kiefern spenden Schatten. Der Weg zum nächsten Strand ist nicht weit und die Gassen und Plätze bieten immer wieder Abwechslung. und
