Very pleasant townhouse, modern and bright, totally redone and decorated with care.
On the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven,...), a pleasant living room, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Upstairs: a large double bedroom (bed 160), and a large bedroom with 2 single beds. A sofa bed in the living room, for a total of 6 beds.
We leave DVDs, games for children of all ages, magazines and books available.

Without exteriors.
House & grounds
Arrivals are done alone via a key box, but we make ourselves available if you wish to meet us or for any need throughout your stay.
Location & surroundings
Ideally located to visit La Rochelle on foot, while being able to park for free.
A 5-minute walk from the train station and the aquarium and a 10-minute walk from the old port and the city centre. You will appreciate its immediate proximity to shops (newsagent, bakery, cafes and restaurants...).
Downstairs from the house: a self-service terminal for bicycles. Free parking on the street, and if you can't walk, bus located a few metres from the house, which will take you directly in a few stops to the port or to the city centre.
A welcome booklet will give you ideas for walks and our good addresses (beaches, shops, restaurants...) in sun or rainy weather. And above all, having young children ourselves, ideas for outings with the children for a successful holiday!
Very pleasant area because it is in the immediate vicinity of the port and the city centre, without all the problems of traffic and parking... Everything will be done on foot from the house, for a relaxing stay.
For walks around La Rochelle, it will be very easy for you to get out of La Rochelle without traffic jams, and visit the Ile de Ré, Fouras...

Bonne communication ac l'hôte. La location est bien située, rue très calme, possibilité de stationnement à proximité, gare/port/aquarium/centre ville accessibles à pied. L'équipement est satisfaisant. Bonne adresse pour un séjour à 4

Très bon séjour, la localisation de l'appartement est idéale (quartier calme et assez proche du port à pied).Les deux chambres sont agréables et le logement est assez spacieux pour une famille de 4. Petit bémol concernant du matériel abîmé (casseroles/poêles, étendoir à linge) ou manquant (planche à repasser). L'hôte s'est montrée réactive et prévenante.

Les ameliorations souhaitables: difficile de se garer dans le quartier contrairement à ce qui est annoncé, et lits de la petite chambre trop mous...
