This comfortable flat was completely refurbished in April 2021. Rated 3 stars ‘meublé de tourisme’. The flat has a surface area of 37m2, with an entrance opening onto the living room with its lounge, a dining area for 4 people and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a flat-screen TV, a rapido sofa-bed and a new 140/190 high quality bed. The bedroom has a 140/190cm bed, a flat-screen TV and plenty of storage space for optimum comfort. The bathroom is fully equipped with a bath, vanity unit, WC and storage space. The flat has free WIFI internet access, To make you feel at home, even on holiday, you'll find An oven, a microwave and an induction hob, A large fridge, a freezer and a dishwasher, A raclette machine, a steam cooker, a bathroom scale, a vanity mirror, etc. The radiators are dry inertia heaters that produce good, energy-efficient heat. In the Grand Hôtel residence, you will have free access to the laundry (washing machine and tumble dryer), the gym (closed due to covid), the sauna (closed due to covid) and the library lounge. For your information, we offer our guests the following services for sheets and towels: - Bed linen rental: 1 complete set (fitted sheet, duvet cover, 2 pillowcases) for€15 for a double bed. - Towel rental: 2 large towels and 1 small towel for €10. The rental is non-smoking, pets are not allowed Activities: Numerous leisure activities in and around Aulus-les-Bains: - GUZET NEIGE ski resort 6kms away (15 minutes), - Snowshoeing, - For trout fishermen, the Garbet river is 50 metres away, - A spa (50 metres away), - A horse-riding centre, a park with tree climbing. - Numerous walks with famous routes: ** GR10, Cascade d'ARS from the barn, Etang du Garbet, Etang Bleu, Etang de Guzet, Pic rouge de Bassiès, Tour des Montreurs d'Ours, etc.**. - Walks in the mountain pastures. - Canoeing, kayaking, paragliding. Village situé dans une petite station thermale tranquille. Idéale pour se ressourcer. Petit commerce à moins de 5 minutes à pied très apprécié (une belle propositiondz fromages regionaux). Sauna accessible gratuitement très appréciable apres le ski ou la rando.
