Among the oldest villas in the resort, this authentic seaside property has been remarkably renovated and complemented by a highly successful contemporary extension. Behind its stone walls, a pleasant landscaped garden, graced by a centuries-old olive tree, surrounds the house and provides a perfect green setting. Once the large sliding glass doors are opened, the terrace and living room become one! A delight when the warmer weather arrives, allowing your whole family to fully enjoy the beautiful southern exposure. On the unusual side, note the renovated cellar, a perfect hideaway for night owls, and the large upstairs terrace, a true belvedere between the countryside and the sea! All this just 100 meters from the beach! (ferry service to the Channel Islands from the port)
