Welcome to our FICHTE45! This Airbnb apartment is located in a recently renovated industrial building in the Rennweg area of Nuremberg. We run our architecture firm in the former carpentry shop, and we wanted to create a lovely retreat for visitors to Nuremberg with the Airbnb apartment on the ground floor.
In addition to the Airbnb apartment, FICHTE45 features offices, seminar rooms, and coworking spaces for local companies. So you’ll be staying in a truly special atmosphere!
The apartment features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen with a breakfast bar. When the weather is nice, you’re welcome to use our terrace with a large dining area in the courtyard.
Each bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (1.60 m or 1.40 m), a desk, and a closet. One of the bathrooms is accessible directly from the bedroom, while the other is accessible from the hallway.

Sauberes, schickes und aufgeräumtes Appartment, gut für einen Wochenendtrip geeignet. Es mangelt an nix, liegt recht auserhalb von Nürnberg zu Fuß.
