We offer two different apartments, both of which are located on the same property as our home. Each apartment has its own entrance.
The “Apartment” is an older building but was renovated in 2016. Thanks to its many windows, the “Apartment” is very bright and offers a view of our garden.
The “Superior Apartment” was newly built in 2017, is fully equipped, and is slightly smaller than the “Apartment.” It does, however, feature a small terrace facing a side street.
Outdoors
However, guests are not permitted to use the garden.
House & grounds
We live right next door, so we’re just a stone’s throw away :) We’re happy to recommend restaurants, make reservations, and answer any questions you may have.
Location & surroundings
The Maxglan area has its own small town centre along Maxglaner Hauptstraße. Here, you’ll find everything you need for daily life.
It’s about a 15- to 20-minute walk into the city. But if you head in the other direction, you’re right out in the countryside. This makes for pleasant walks in the countryside as well as a stroll into the city centre.

Good to know
- This apartment is located directly on the street and can be a bit noisy when the windows are open. When the windows are closed, it’s quiet thanks to the soundproofing.

Was absolutely brilliant. Clean, had all facilities sorted, printed out information on everything. Beds were comfortable,loads of little bits and pieces to get you out of a corner if you have forgotten something with lots of care gone into it. Very well impressed

Overall a pleasant stay. Host has been responsive. The place was clean and tidy. Has a homely vibe when entering the apartment.
