Quel culot de nous envoyer votre questionnaire.
Nous n'avons pas pu passer nos vacances dan le gîte prévu car il était déjà occupé à notre arrivée.
Aucune solution de re-logement nous a été proposé pour notre semaine de vacances après 780kms de voyage,
seulement une nuit d'Hôtel et un remboursement ...
