The cottage is located on a large wooded estate (2 hectares) at the edge of the Saou forest. Bordered to the south by the Vèbre River, the Lastic Keep, built in the 16th century, has been listed in the Supplementary Inventory of Historical Monuments since 1926. It is an architectural gem with tasteful decoration, in a preserved natural setting, surrounded by nature but not isolated. The 10m x 5m swimming pool (unheated) is equipped with a diving pit (1.80m) and an infinity jacuzzi with a massage pump.

Das Objekt selbst hat unglaublich charmanten Burg-Charakter und liegt direkt an der Einfahrtsstrasse nach Saou. Gemäß Vermieter Eric handelt es sich wohl um eine ehemalige Zollstation. Die Straße nach Saou wird zum Teil als Rennpiste genutzt, so dass man im Innenhof manchmal etwas genervt ist. Die L...
