An excellent villa for several families or groups of friends who are on their holidays together, VILLA JARAMA has everything that you will need for a relaxing stay.
Set in a fantastic location, it is just a few minutes' walk from Binibeca beach (with a number of amenities located just a short walk away.) It boasts stylish decoration within our standards Quality Club, modern, comfortable and high-quality facilities as well as a large private pool surrounded by a wonderful garden with sea views. VILLA JARAMA features 3 large bedrooms with wardrobes (master suite with a king bed, 1 double room and 1 twin room), another small room with 90 cm long bunk-beds and a large living room with fire place and comfortable sofa bed, which may easily be turned into a fifth room for 2 adults or children.
Two bathrooms (one ensuite with shower and another one with a bath), a modern separate kitchen (completely equipped with laundry area) and a pleasant and bright living&dining room with access to the terrace and garden/pool area complete this very well -designed, comfortable and bright villa. The large covered terrace with sea views, set over two heights separated by a few steps, comes with a brick BBQ, awning and quality furniture, the ideal place to enjoy family meals and for relaxing during the long, lazy summer days.
Climbing up a few steps, you will have access to the large pool, sun terrace, ping-pong table area and charming outdoor shower, all of which are surrounded by beautiful greenery.
At the side of the villa, you can access to the roof terrace, enjoying panoramic sea views and equipped with an original relax double sunbed. The villa can accommodate up to 10 people.
This may be increased to 12 by adding two extra cots or a cot and an extra bed (an extra charge will apply). Binibeca's beautiful beach, and the emblematic Poblado de Pescadores, are both a few minutes' walk away.
Five minutes away from the villa, there are 2 supermarkets, as well as a variety of restaurants and bars.

Tres beau cadre.tranquille.avril 1er occupant d ou odeur de moisi dans toute la maison. Besoin d aerer bien avant . point negatif l équipement de la cuisine ne correspond pas pour 1 groupe de 10 personnes. Équipements a changer plaque, four incomplet,table interieure trop petite pas de rallonges pour 10 personnes c est 1 peu galerepetite.

Nous avons trouvé l’emplacement très bien de la maison dans un endroit très calme. Cependant, l’équipement de la maison ne correspond pas à une location pour 10 personnes, En effet, on ne peut pas se doucher en même temps car sinon l’eau chaude se coupe.Il n’y a pas de wc séparésLa cuisine n’est pas...

Emplacement idéal pour vacances entre amis. A côté de la mer, du village de binibeca.
Le jardin est très agréable, clos avec la piscine sécurisée pour les enfants!
La maison a une situation géographique idéale: à proximité des spots à voir !
