Detached house located in the urbanization of S`Estanyol, only about 100mts. from Sa Canova Beach and 1 km from the sports port of Colonia de San Pedro.
The house on two floors, has two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with double bed and one with three single beds, a bathroom and terrace overlooking the sea.
In the open kitchen, bathroom and living room with porch floor, fully equipped kitchen. The decor is modern and functional. The village of Colonia San Pedro is 900 m with all amenities such as restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, banks, stationery, etc.
Just 15 minutes drive there are several golf courses, Pula, Son Servera, Capdepera, etc. We recommend an excursion to Es Caló, bordering the sea towards the Cap Ferrutx, where you will find this beautiful cove of crystal clear waters ideal for snorkeling.

Unfassbar schönes Objekt, der Gastgeber ist jederzeit und schnell für Fragen zur Verfügung. Der Strand ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die Terrasse ist ein Traum von der man aus das das glasklare Meer sehen kann. Im Haus schon zur Anreise alles was man braucht.
