In the heart of the Orb valley and at the gates of the Haut Languedoc regional park, a 60 m² apartment with a fully equipped roof terrace in an old winegrower's barn, fully renovated in a chic country style. 50 m² private terrace with 3-seater jacuzzi, plancha, table and bar stool as well as a woven garden furniture and two deckchairs.
A parking space in our 160 m2 garage will allow you to park your vehicle and possibly store your bikes. RENT 2 MINIMUM NIGHTS - ATTENTION DURING THE SUMMER SEASON JULY - AUGUST THE APARTMENT IS RENT ONLY FOR MINIMUM 7 NIGHTS. Murviel les Béziers is a village between sea and mountains 20 minutes from Sérignan Plage and 45 minutes from Caroux for beautiful hikes.

Many activities: 30 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from the river, hiking and biking, canoeing, climbing .... DESCRIPTION: Fully equipped living room / American kitchen: Microwave oven, 3-burner induction hob, Fridge / freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and Nespresso, kettle, toaster, flat screen, DVD / CD player, corner sofa convertible into a bed as an extra bed for a child, and master bedroom with its dressing room, its shower room and its private WC, wrought iron bed in 160, new bedding. The 50 m² private terrace (roof terrace) overlooks the village roofs and the surrounding countryside.
It is equipped with a 3-seater jacuzzi with free access at the rate of 3 connections of 45 minutes / day maximum (additional connections will be invoiced at 10 € / connection), a 4-seat woven resin garden furniture, 2 sun, a plancha and a table and bar stool for your meals on the terrace. Ideal for couples looking for tranquility and rest. * Sheets, Towels and household linen provided * NOT PROVIDED: toilet paper - toiletries - trash bags - dishwasher tablets and any other non-food and food product suitable for your personal use during your stay. INFO: 1 TOURIST TAX IS PAYABLE TO THE OWNER ON THE DAY OF YOUR DEPARTURE: 0.75 € / person / night The apartment must be made clean otherwise 30 € cleaning fees will be due - A private parking space included in the weekly rate.

Superbe logement, climatisé dans les deux pièces, très bien décoré, parfaitement équipé, rien ne manque. Immense terrasse "tropézienne" de 50 M2 disposant d'un jaccuzi 3 places. L'eau du jaccuzi est changée à chaque locataire.
La literie est digne d'un grand hôtel, avec surmatelas accueillant.
