Cross-country ski trails are a one- to two-minute walk away, and ski and snowboard slopes are an 8-minute drive away.
There are numerous beautiful biking and hiking trails in Bad Tölz and the surrounding area.
There are several large lakes in the immediate vicinity (e.g., Tegernsee, Kochelsee, Sylvensteinsee, and others).
We recommend the Kristalltherme, located directly on Lake Kochel, which features a spacious sauna area.
