Very cozy design apartment located in the old town of Santiago, in a nice and quiet neighborhood 15 minutes walk from the cathedral and 5 from the bus station, with intensity adjustable lights in all rooms, and lots of natural daylight , Wifi and Smart TV.
Private parking in a parallel street 180 meters from the apartment for vehicles with a maximum height of 180 cm included in the price. It is an apartment full of details, such as the mobile partition that separates the living room from the kitchen and the desk area, and that transforms the environments by moving it.
The main lights are regulated in intensity by pressing the switch in all rooms, and the bedroom has tactile and directional reading lights so as not to disturb the companion.
The bathroom has a large shower with a walk-in plate and a column with jets.
Double window to the street, which makes it very quiet. In the dining room there is an extendable table if necessary (4 additional folding chairs stored in the bathroom).
Smart TV with internet connection with installed applications such as Netflix (with direct access through the remote control, required account or one month trial possibility through the main menu), YouTube, etc.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, kitchen utensils, juicer, sandwich maker, water heater, coffee maker, pans ... and high-end appliances.

Clean and tidy appartment, well equiped, Nice light westbound in the evenings. Convenient location to visit Santiago although the direct surroundings are pretty common

Mein Aufenthalt in der gut ausgerüsteten Wohnung war sehr angenehm. Obwohl an einer Strasse gelegen, war die Wohnung ruhig. Die Schlüsselübergabe durch die nette Nachbarin funktionierte gut.
Ich würde die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Hemos estado muy cómodos. El apartamento es muy bonito, tiene todo lo necesario y está muy bien localizado, a un paseo de la catedral pero en zona tranquila.
Un acierto el parking, te olvidas del coche y a disfrutar Santiago a pie.
