# WHAT TO SEE IN THE NATURAL PARK OF LAS BARDENAS: the more than 42,000 hectares are divided into Bardenas Blancas, Bardenas Negras and Plano. There are routes by car, by bike and on foot, more than 700 km. Of trails available. There are panoramic views from the Alto Aguilar Observatory and the Pilatos Balcony, the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Sancho Abarca. In the white bardenas, stands the head of castildetierra, symbol of the park and has been SCENARIO OF THE SERIES GAME OF THRONES chapter 6 of the sixth season when Daenerys Targaryen passes through here with his dragon and the dothraki troops. There is a shooting range, so you can see military planes. In the black bardenas is the only area with vegetation. The landscape changes from plateaus cut by steep ravines, to a carrasco pine forest. The prales. Attractions are black hill, with 650 meters of altitude, the highest point. And the ban on eguaras belongs to VALTIERRA. There is a peňaflor castle, built by King SANCHO EL FUERTE to defend Navarre. There is also a nature reserve, the corner of the bu, with 460 hectares, where the Royal owl and other birds of prey nest. Also black falls that are cut walls with slopes up to 270 meters, home of birds of prey. THE PLANE is formed by AN EXTENSIVE TABLE that extends from the White Bardenas, it is a land of crops with small elevations almost negligible. On September 18, this land is the sanmiguelada, a meeting of shepherds with their thousands of sheep that come to spend the summer in the valleys of Roncal. SCENARIO ALSO OF FILMS LIKE ## ANACLETO, SECRET AGENT starring IMANOL ARIAS AND QUIN GUTIÈRREZ, in the movie it looks like Anacleto leaves a car in the middle of this desert landscape and continues with his compass. ## THE COUNSELOR the landscape becomes an area that simulates the border between the US and MEXICO while JAVIER BARDEN and CAMERON DIAZ share a cocktail with the spectacular sunset of the Bardenas Reales. ## 007 THE WORLD IS NEVER SUFFICIENT WITH PIERCE BROSNAN and his adventures shot in this desert landscape.
Also in a little more than half an hour you have Pamplona and you can, among other things, cross the Estafeta street where the San Fermín confinement passes, and visit the Saint in his chapel. Zaragoza is 95 km away and the nearest San Sebastián beach is an hour and a half away. You can also visit Tudela, Olite etc ... and many more cities and towns impossible to list here. Worth.

A complete house with garden and lovely service in a beautiful place in Spain. Wonderful surroundings, great tips from the host. We visited Bardenas Reales (amazing), castle in Olite, peaceful monastery (great wine) and wonderful Sol del Rey. And we enjoyed the bar, swimming pool and low pace atmosphere of Alera
