Laboa is a quiet home located a stone's throw from the center of the coastal town of Lekeitio and a 5-minute walk from Isuntza beach. It does not have parking, but it is easy to leave the car next to the house for a while before arrival, since parking is free next to the house all year round, and the town's free deterrant park is less than 10 minutes away walking. Access to the home is from Laboa Street at portal number 6. It is a first floor with an elevator located in a quiet residential area of the town and has a supermarket (Eroski) very close.

It has a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen with white tones that provide light and a pistachio-colored countertop that adds color to the environment. It is well equipped, with everything necessary to cook and clean what is used to enjoy the meals prepared there, as it has an oven, microwave, vitro hob, dishwasher... It also has a small balcony where you can breathe air cool.
