Spacious, bright, modern, comfortable and not overlooked apartment located in a small, quiet and peaceful residence, in a dead end street.
At the end of the dead end, 200m by walk, you will find the fine sandy beaches (Argentière, Pellegrin, Léoube).
The air-conditioned apartment consists of:
- A large 40m2 living-dining room with TV, DVD player, WIFI internet, opening onto a very green 50m² garden facing south with garden furniture and deckchair.
- A fully equipped American kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom, WC
- Several loggias to the south and north, practical for storing bikes and beach items.
- Baby equipment (on request) : cot and high chair
- A parking space in the closed and secured residence
Near the apartment (200m), multiple shops (bakery, butcher, mini market, press, take-away pizzas ...)
The Miramar port with its restaurants, various shops, water sports (windsurfing, diving, catamaran ...) is a short walk from the apartment.
La Londe is set against the Maures hills near the Hyères salt marshes, facing the three offshore Golden Islands of Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant.
Regular boat services are provided to the islands from April to November.

Appartement lumineux a 5 minutes de la plage à pieds. Équipement cuisine complet. Jardinet agréable et ensoleillé avec bains de soleil. Une place de parking sur parking commun. Centre ville, commerçants et restaurants et port de plaisance à 10 minutes.

Sehr gur ausgestattete Wohnung mit Garten und einer großen Terrasse. Genug Geschirr und Besteck. Großer schattiger Strand 5 Min zu Fuß. Die Gegend - ein Traum! Kommunikation war unproblematisch. Danke für einen entspannten Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
