Villa Iris Prima is a charming 3 bedroom villa in the beautiful resort of Punta Prima. The villa is well located, with a selection of restaurants and shops nearby, and the sandy Punta Prima Beach just a 5 minute walk away. The picturesque resort of Binibeca is around a 10 minute drive, offering plenty to see and do. Spend your days relaxing on the beach or by your own private pool. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.
Villa Iris Prima is well located in the popular resort of Punta Prima, ideal for those who want to leave the car at home. The promenade, with a selection of restaurants, bars and mini markets, is less than a 5 minute walk away, and the sandy Punta Prima Beach is also within easy walking distance, with activities such as paddleboarding and canoeing available in the high season. The capital, Mahon, is around a 20 minute bus journey, offering the second largest harbour in the world and a variety of shopping opportunities. The picturesque resort of Binibeca is approximately a 10 minute drive away, where you can wander through the maze of cobbled streets to reach the village’s charming harbour.
