BEAUTIFUL SEA VIEW is a house on two levels.
The ground floor has of a LIVING ROOM with a sofa, a KITCHEN with a BATHROOM nearby, a DOUBLE BEDROOM with an BATHROOM with shower.
The living room and bedroom have access to a large terrace with an enchanting view of the Amalfi Coast. The terrace is equipped with table, chairs and sunshades.
On the ground floor there are fans available, an air conditioning system will be installed soon.
The upper floor has a large BEDROOM with a double bed + 2 single beds, communicating with a BATHROOM with shower.
In the loft there is a third bedroom with a double french bed.

The house is accessed by going down a staircase (about 40 steps), from the private parking (two parking spaces) located on the road that goes down to the sea from the center of Conca.
From here you enter the GARDEN equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs, with an enchanting sea view.

The house is ideal for 2 or 3 couples, but also large families up to 8 people.

Check in from 4pm to 9pm,
Tourist taxes required by the municipality: 2 euros per person per night for guests over 12 years old, 1 euro per night after the seventh day. Taxes must be paid in cash at check in.

Supplement for cot: 20 euros per stay.

The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms.

Heating, if necessary, will be counted with an hour meter at a cost of 2 euros per hour of operation, to be paid in cash at check out
