There is an office/ store room at basement level with a separate entrance,for the occasional use of staff for home care.

La lajila beach cove with its sheltered sea pool, bars,eateries, incomparable sea views and stunning Sunsets is approx 6 minutes walk.
Complete self catering options are available in the Deluxe Kitchen which is Fully equipped with quality appliances allowing for full self catering/ all cleaning and products etc for your convenience are supplied.
For an evening at home, the lounge offers comfort views and relaxation and leads via the stairs to the second level with two bedrooms and a central bathroom, the lounge also leads directly through an archway to the separate kitchen and to the spacious and private sun terrace ideal for breakfasting, sun bathing, relaxing and Al-Fresco dining, with 5G fast fibre wifi / mp3 music system and movistar T:V, the 55 smart flat screen t.v has all the usual apps if you wish to log on with your home accounts.
