A small paradise on the shores of Lake Geneva, we welcome you to a pretty studio of 32 m2 located in the heart of the Marina of Port Ripaille in THONON.
This comfortable apartment has an independent equipped kitchen, a living room with a 140x200 Murphy bed and a 140x200 sofa bed, a dining area, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
You can also enjoy a private enclosed garden on the south side and its garden furniture.
Free private parking.
Within the Marina, the Club House restaurant, the swimming pool and the immediate proximity of the private beach to the lake will seduce you as well as many sports facilities at your disposal: 4 tennis courts, Ping Pong, Volleyball, Boules games, Fishing, Children's play area.
A mini-market is located outside the Residence (bread, food, newspapers, etc.)
Guests have access to the nature reserve and bird observatory.
If you have bicycles, don't hesitate to take them along, an ideal place to go for a walk.
30 minutes from Geneva, 1h20 from Chamonix and 20 minutes from EVIAN...
Boat trips are offered from the Port of Thonon or Evian to the Swiss Shore (Lausanne, Nyon, etc.).
40 minutes from the Abondance Valley, Morzine, Avoriaz, you will gain height, where many mountain hikes await you.
You can rent bed linen 20€, 2 towels 15€, end-of-stay cleaning 50€.

De ligging. Het bed. Keuken goed uitgerust met keukengerei.
De veel te kleine wc. Deur moest openblijven...douche ook erg klein. Studio was erg warm; weinig mogelijkheid voor ventilatie.

Site magnifique calme sécurisé privéLogement très propre bien situé Vu avec le propriétaire qui a bien noté la qualité médiocre du canapé, des draps hyper usés, des oreillers usagés. Et de ce fait il nous a fait grâce de la location des draps.

Un emplacement royal au cœur de la marina de port ripaille de nombreux services sur place de nombreuses activités à commencer par le lac à 2 mn à pieds … des propriétaires adorables … on recommande à 200%
