Beautiful open plan Villa with fully fitted Kitchen, Dining room, Lounge, State of the Art Cinema room, 5 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Outdoor kitchen/entertaining bar, large gardens, Very large private pool, not overlooked by anyone! The only one of its kind in the North Cyprus famagusta region.
Very modern house with all mod cons to include air con and WIFI.
The utility room has a washing machine plus iron and ironing board, the kitchen is fully equipped with a large range cooker, dishwasher, water dispenser, nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle.
The cinema room has a fabulous projector for real movie nights, plus hi tech speaker system for music bluetooth to include outdoor speakers by the pool.
The power is UK plugs throughout the whole house so no need for adaptors. Locally the property is on the beautiful Galapsides Beach, with a 10 minute walk to the seafront, where you will find a free public white powder sand beach offering, watersports, restaurants/bars/music/toilets/showers/sunbeds.
Again, local amenities to include mini markets selling fresh produce, bank machines, gym, fuel etc are also a 10 minute walk along the main road.
There are an abundance of beautiful free public beaches plus private beaches that charge a small nominal fee to usually include sun beds, towels and wait service. The world heritage UNESCO site of the Famagusta walled city is a 10 minute car ride away where you will find, shopping (both malls and cobbled streets), restaurants, bars, culture and history.
Great for people watching, sit at one of the many bars for a turkish coffee (or a cappuccino) and watch the world go by.
Lots of attractions for all ages to include go karting, bowling, sports bars, sailing, fishing etc.

Villa was extremely clean and full of nice equipment. What ever you see in images is exist in villa.thanks to nedimeh and ahmet to made my parents full of happiness when they back to iran.please who ever read this review, you are not going to regret. Lovely villa....so lovely

Lovely stay at this wonderful villa with amazing pool which was an absolute god send in the heat. The villa has a very well equiped kitchen, loads of beach towels, great ping pong table and the water dispenser came in really handy. Would love to stay again and definately recommend.

Me and my family absolutely loved this house, it’s a lovely place and makes a great family holiday would 100% recommend it. The host was super friendly and welcoming.
The house has a great pool and cinema room.
